Intervenor Workshop Dates (NOTE: Last Day to Apply for Intervenor Status is January 6th)

LAST DAY TO APPLY FOR INTEVENOR STATUS IS JANUARY 6, 2015

Intervenor Workshop Dates:

SATURDAY — JANUARY 2, 2015 — RINDGE, NH
— A workshop/help session on filing as an Intervenor in the FERC review process of the N.E.D. pipeline. WiFi available. (If you do not have a laptop but want to file that day from the workshop, please go to FERC.gov and set up an account if possible. If you have a spare, please consider bringing it for others to use!)
EVERYONE that feels they are “affected” by this proposed project is encouraged to file as an Intervenor in the process. There is no cost, nothing to lose, but much to gain. PennEast Pipeline had over 1500 MOI’s filed. We are currently under 200. We need to get our numbers up.
