Screenshot #2 and #3: Weather Conditions in Washington DC and a Definition of “Inclement”
On January 2, 2016, the date of the message on the FERC website stating that the portion of the site that enabled affected citizens to file as Intervenors before the January 6th deadline was closed due to inclement weather, this is what weather.com told us about the weather in Washington, DC…the homebase for FERC…..40+ degrees and sunny during the day. 32 degrees and clear at 11:00 at night. Not at all rainy and stormy, which is the Webster definition of “inclement”.
